Very straightforward transaction with Lauri! I bought a 2014 Certified Pre-Owned Odyssey and traded-in our 2002 Odyssey. The price they quoted for both the 2014 and our trade-in were fair. We conducted most of our business over email and then completed it in person which only took approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. This is the way I would want to buy all my future vehicles. Very satisfied.

They always let you know what service you are due for according to your mileage but there is no pressure to get the service. Their prices are high and many of the services can be gotten for less money elsewhere but when you tell them that they will take a little off your cost. Four stars because they charge more than $50 for an oil change, which I think is highway robbery.

I've been coming here for about 6 years, even before they moved to this new location, and always been satisfied. But I have to say, lately I've been really pleased with the customer service and friendliness of a specific team member named Mark. He attend me the last 2 times I've been in for service for 2 different cars and he's gotta have some recognition by his team leaders or whomever is in charge because I've worked in customer service for 12 years and he is EXACTLY what a company needs to represent the epitome of customer service. He's a very young guy but always very clear and professional.

We have always been pleased with the service department. They are timely in getting work done and helpful in prioritizing services needed. Being a one car family, we appreciate the loaner car available while services are being performed. We are also thankful to go to a dealership we trust.
