This is the second Ridgeline I purchased from this
This is the second Ridgeline I purchased from this dealership. I had no intention of buying a new vehicle until I recieved a letter offering me a trade amount that seemed to good to be true. I contacted Tara in internet sales and she sent me an offer on a new Ridgeline Black Edition that I couldn't pass up. When I got to the dealership, I met Bino who was a delight to work with. Brilliance honered the trade amount from their letter and the deal was done in minutes. I did have to wait quite a while to get to the finance office, but once I did Dan was a pleasure to work with and we got the final paperwork signed and completed in a matter of 15 minutes. This was by far the easist car buying experienc of my lifetime. No games, no surprises. Direct and transparent.

After purchasing used vehicles for the last 2 decades, deciding to purchase a new vehicle was a daunting task. After careful research, we showed up at Brilliance and test drove a few vehicles and decided on the Honda CR-V. Our salesperson, Robert, was the primary reason we stayed and made the decision to lease the vehicle. Brilliance Honda is brilliant because of people like Robert. Jeff was AWESOME!!! not once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. Everything went smoothly. The price for the car was good and my trade was priced fairly. The only thing that was different from my experiences at other dealerships is that the car did not have a full tank of gas when I took delivery. Overall a good buying experience.

I had left my "new to me" car parked for 2 weeks shortly after buying it, and I found that the battery was marginal. With Dave's help, Brilliance Honda reimbursed me for nearly the entire cost of a replacement battery. Thank you Dave, and thank you Briliance Honda.
