This is the second Ridgeline I purchased from this dealership. I had no intention of buying a new vehicle until I recieved a letter offering me a trade amount that seemed to good to be true. I contacted Tara in internet sales and she sent me an offer on a new Ridgeline Black Edition that I couldn't pass up. When I got to the dealership, I met Bino who was a delight to work with. Brilliance honered the trade amount from their letter and the deal was done in minutes. I did have to wait quite a while to get to the finance office, but once I did Dan was a pleasure to work with and we got the final paperwork signed and completed in a matter of 15 minutes. This was by far the easist car buying experienc of my lifetime. No games, no surprises. Direct and transparent.

Everything went smoothly. The price for the car was good and my trade was priced fairly. The only thing that was different from my experiences at other dealerships is that the car did not have a full tank of gas when I took delivery. Overall a good buying experience.
