Veterans Path to Hope has been serving veterans and their families since 1996. Through transitional housing, peer support, employment assistance, counseling, food resources, and community partnerships, Veterans Path to Hope helps veterans overcome challenges, rebuild their lives, and reconnect with their families and communities.
